How do I register for class?
Please click here to register. You will receive options to join in person or via zoom. Please feel fee to join either via zoom or in-person. It’s also fine to change your mind last minute :)
Is there parking if I choose in-person classes?
There is on-street parking which is free on Sunday. Please note, there are stairs to the studio, so if you come in person, please plan accordingly.
Do you offer more classes or services?
Yes! We offer private PT, pilates, and coaching services at our clinic in Coolidge Corner. Please call or text 617-359-9620 to schedule.
What should I bring to the class?
Please bring a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. You may bring your own mat and towel or use ours!
What is the class level? Can beginners join?
Our class is designed to accommodate all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. The instructor will offer modifications to ensure everyone can participate at their own pace.
How long is each class?
Each class lasts approximately an hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
When you purchase a class, you’ll receive access to the recording even if you’re unable to attend the live session. This way, you won’t miss out on the content. Please note that because of this benefit, classes are non-refundable.Is there a commitment length?
No, each class is drop in - please feel free to come to as many as you would like.
Is there a maximum class size?
Yes, each class is a maximum of 15 participants, first come first served.
Are there any health restrictions I should be aware of?
