About Us

  • I am a Harvard and Duke-educated health and wellness coach and consultant, specializing in supporting those with hypermobility, EDS, POTS, and other chronic illnesses. As a coach who also lives with hEDS, my passion is to embrace as much joy as possible in the face of chronic illness and support others along their journeys.

I have an extensive background in education and support from my 12 years as the co-founder of a nature-based, academically rigorous elementary and middle school where I worked in daily operations for more than a decade and currently chair the Board of Trustees. A proud graduate of Dana's teaching, I am a barre and pilates devotee.

  • I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Orthopedic and Dance Medicine Specialist, and a Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping individuals with EDS/Hypermobility. My journey into this field began during my orthopedic residency, where I developed unique Pilates-based workshops for hypermobility/EDS. Through this experience, I gained a deep understanding that finding safe ways to move is essential to support hypermobile joints.

I currently treat many patients with EDS/Hypermobility at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, where I integrate Pilates-based physical therapy into my work. In addition, I instruct Pilates workshops to introduce Pilates concepts and foundations to this population. As I gained more experience in this field, I became increasingly aware of the lack of resources and options available to individuals with hypermobility when it comes to exercise and wellness. Therefore, my goal is to help individuals maintain physical activity that is safe and effective for their body and mind, so they can improve their quality of life and reduce the risk of injury.
